Connect Your Calendar

Fractional Tools is built on Google Calendar. When you sign up with Google, your calendar is already connected. Here's how it works:

• Automatic tracking: Events on your calendar are mapped to projects based on the calendar or event title you assign
• No manual entry: If you already use Google Calendar for client work, you're halfway there
• Project mapping: Link specific calendars to projects, or use event titles to assign time to the right client

The best part: you keep using Google Calendar the way you always have. Fractional Tools reads your events and turns them into billable totals, retainer summaries, and invoice-ready numbers.

Head to Settings → Calendar to configure which calendars sync and how events map to projects.
